Required Documentation: Certificate of Insurance

As indicated on your picnic permit application, you will be using a third-party vendor (e.g., caterer, entertainment provider, tent rental, or inflatable supplier).

All vendors are required to provide proof of $5,000,000 Commercial General Liability insurance, naming the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) as an Additional Insured.

It is the responsibility of the picnic permit holder to ensure that all vendors supply the required insurance documentation.

Certificates of Insurance must be submitted no later than one (1) month prior to the event date. Vendors without valid insurance on file by this deadline will not be permitted access to the park.

Please ensure the following is listed as the Additional Insured on all certificates:

Please note: If these requirements are not met by the timelines outlined above, your booking may be cancelled.
